Review Disclosure Document and Sign Agreement

After we’ve taken a few more steps to get to know each other better and to determine if you meet the financial requirements, we’ll give you a copy of our franchise disclosure document to review. The disclosure document will give you all of the information you’ll need to make an informed decision about franchising with our company. Read it carefully and ask any questions you may have. Once you’ve reviewed the disclosure document, you’ll sign an agreement, pay your initial franchise fees, and officially become a Venture X franchisee!

Initial Training

Once you’ve signed the agreement, it’s off to two weeks of training at our headquarters in West Palm Beach, Florida, USA. During your training in the U.S., you’ll learn everything you’ll need to know in order to operate your location, including all of our policies and procedures. By the time you return to your location in Australia, you’ll understand what steps to take before you open your doors.

Opening Support

The help from our headquarters doesn’t end there. You’ll enjoy the support of a corporate representative in your location as you prepare to open your doors. They’ll provide you with on-site training, and help you to apply what you learned in West Palm Beach to your Australian location. You’ll also be able to take advantage of marketing supports such as a PR campaign, and online and printed marketing materials. Although our headquarters is in the USA, we also have support staff based here in Australia who are always just a phone call or email away when you have questions or need guidance.
